Carmen founded Grupo Process with Miguel Ángel in 1992. Since then she has developed the business strategy of the group and its various divisions, as well as most of the international projects of the company.
Carmen brings her personal touch to every event and project and is primarily responsible for the strong reputation of Grupo Process and the loyalty they receive from their customers.

Since 1992 Miguel Ángel has developed and led the organization and the financial control of the group: MegaProcess, BetaProcess and Loyalty Process.
In 2010 he established Aeventis Alliance, an International Alliance of Agencies Event to create a network for Incoming & Outgoing groups in Europe and the rest of the world.
Miguel Ángel brings strength and dependability to Grupo Process and is primarily responsible for the financial stability the group.
